What is the return policy?

Proper application is the key to success with EquineSleeve. All sales are final excluding special circumstances such as manufacturer defects. Please contact us if you feel your product is defective or if you have a circumstance that needs discussion. If a return is approved for refund, the refund amount will be the cost of the product less any shipping fees.

Does the customer pay shipping?

Yes, the customer pays shipping. Standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

What if my sleeve is slipping down?

Getting the proper size EquineSleeve for your horse is important.  I you need a sleeve to cover a joint, we recommend using a piece of elastic tape at the top and bottom of the sleeve to secure in place. Another option is to use the 1"x4" anchor sleeve.  If you are using the solid sleeve at the cannon, you might need to use an anchor sleeve or piece of elastic tape at the top to prevent slippage once the leg begins to sweat down or swelling reduction occurs. 

What if my animal has an adverse reaction to EquineSleeve?

All EquineSleeve use for animals should be approved by your DVM or professional animal care giver.  In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, please discontinue use and consult your DVM or professional animal care giver.
